Based in British Columbia, PCL Constructors Westcoast Inc. is a well-established, open shop contracting company run out of a main office in Vancouver and a branch office in Kelowna. Our company is involved in the construction of commercial, civil and heavy industrial projects.
Our work covers the full spectrum of contract formats: competitive tender, negotiated, construction management and design-build. We are builders, not brokers. We employ our own hourly workforce which allows us to execute key components of the work, in particular, concrete structures.
A big part of our success comes from our network of Special Projects teams. These construction specialists focus on smaller scale, unique construction projects ranging from $1,000 to $10 million. Their work encompasses everything from tenant fit-out and renovation work to maintenance, repairs and new construction.
Employee ownership is an important part of who we are. In British Columbia, we operate as an independent operating company; however, we have a vested interest in the success of our colleagues and their projects across North America—just as they do in ours. We all share our collective experience and technical expertise, allowing us to build more efficiently and innovatively.
