PCL Constructors Westcoast Inc.

Based in British Columbia, PCL Constructors Westcoast Inc. is an open shop contracting company involved primarily in the construction of commercial, institutional, light industrial and multi-family residential projects. We have two main offices located in Vancouver and Kelowna.

Our work covers the full spectrum of contract formats: competitive tender, negotiated, construction management and design-build. We are builders, not brokers. With an hourly work force of more than 600, we are able to use our own forces to execute key components of the work, especially concrete structures.

A big part of our success comes from our network of Special Projects teams. These construction specialists focus on smaller scale, unique construction projects ranging from $1,000 to $5 million. Their work encompasses everything from tenant fit-out and renovation work to maintenance, repairs and new construction.

Employee ownership is an important part of who we are. We operate as an independent operating company; however, we have a vested interest in the success of our colleagues and their projects across North America—just as they do in ours. We all share our collective experience and technical expertise, allowing us to build more efficiently and innovatively.
