River Rock Hotel and Parkade

The project consists of a five-level, 192 bedroom hotel facility including lobby management offices, commercial retail units over top of a 1600 stall, seven-level parkade with bridge connections to the LRT station and the River Rock Casino. The project footprint is 700 feet long by 180 feet wide.
