This Vancouver landmark consists of three levels of underground parking, a nine-story library (including two floors for future use), a 21-story office tower and commercial/retail space. The building is constructed of reinforced concrete and is clad in acid-washed granite aggregate face mix precast. A seven-story public concourse connects all three components of this project. Occupying an entire city block, the surrounding plaza consists of a water feature, open air theater and granite-faced paving stones.
