PCL were Construction Managers for the 339 bed North Fraser Pretrial Centre. The facility houses short term inmates in a full range of medium security to segregated cells. It includes a full kitchen facility and a separate programs building. The building is constructed of masonry walls, concrete slabs, tilt-up panels and structural steel. The exterior of the building is prefinished metal cladding with curtain wall and architectural concrete block. The project included extensive site works and landscape work.
