We secured the Creekside Withdrawal Management Centre Project, a 29,000-square-foot treatment centre, through competitive tender. Project scope includes the construction of a two-storey, health care facility with the first floor fit-out for a Withdrawal Management Centre and the second floor consisting of an undeveloped shell space ready for future tenants. A project goal is to achieve LEED Silver Certification.
The building has a steel structure supported on concrete strip and pad footings. Exterior finishes include 2-ply SBS roof, concrete block veneer and Stonewool cladding panels. The site is located adjacent to Quibble Creek and PCL had to ensure that construction will not impact this environmentally sensitive area.
