Aldeasa, based in Madrid, is the fourth largest airport retailer in the world. PCL has completed the tenant fit-out for 11 Duty Free retail stores covering 34,423 square feet (3,482 square meters) at Vancouver International Airport at YVR. The project introduced a variety of shops from hot fashion brand boutiques, souvenirs, gourmet products, vitamins, toys, and electronics to an attractive walk-in humidor for Cuban cigars. PCL turned over all the shops simultaneously, allowing Aldeasa ample time to stock the stores and have them ready for the YVR West Chevron Expansion Grand Opening.
