Rocky Mountaineer Vacations - 1st & 4th Floors

Armstrong Group, a family owned British Columbia business, is the owner and operator of Rocky Mountaineer Vacations (RMV), which is best known around the world for operating Western Canadian tourist trains and in particular, the acclaimed Rocky Mountaineer train. Headquartered in Vancouver, BC, Armstrong Group has investments primarily in Western Canada.

A relationship was formed through a mutual contact of both PCL and RMV.  This was the second project for the client and was completed as a Design Build Contract.  The 21,000 square foot tenant improvement on the 4th floor was fast-tracked along with a main floor reception area to meet aggressive lease dates. The scope of work consisted of demolition, new interior finishes of stone, eight foot edge grain fir doors, wall paneling and frames, glazing, and design build mechanical and electrical systems.  With a tight schedule for completion PCL delivered the space on time and on budget.
