Thompson Rivers University New Warehouse Building

The project consisted of designing and building an 18,000-square-foot warehouse for the Thompson Rivers University. The owner put out requests for proposals based on a fixed price budget and design. We chose a design team and submitted our proposal which was accepted.

The Warehouse is a distribution facility for the University and is the result of amalgamating resources from their Burnaby campus to their Kamloops campus. It is a hybrid of traditional building elements and pre-engineered building elements.
